摘　　要：我国对企业制度设计方法的研究主要是基于组织结构来进行的,本研究的企业制度设计方法另辟蹊径,以管理项目为主线,围绕管理项目的五个核心要素分别构建企业组织结构和进行权责分配,生成职能制度、流程制度、标准和专业规范制度,并以项目为基准形成立体的考核激励制度,最终构建整体系统的企业制度体系。这种新的设计方法让制度更具科学性、系统性和可操作性,促进工作进一步优化和提升。Study on the design method of the enterprise system of our country is mainly based on the new organizational structure enterprise system. This study is done with project management as the main line, centering on five core elements around the management of the project which are to the construction of enterprise organizational structure and power and responsibility allocation system, generating function, process, standard and system professional norms, and with project as a benchmark to form three - dimensional appraisal and incentive system, enterprise system and finally construct the whole system. This new design method intends to make the system more scientific, systematic and operatble, and promote the work to further optimize and upgrade.
