摘  要:联苯菊酯属拟除虫菊酯类农药,是农业上常用的杀虫剂,但有关其对鱼类毒性的研究尚不多见.以环境相关浓度(1,10,100ng.L-1)的联苯菊酯对褐菖鮋进行48d的水体暴露,检测其对褐菖鮋肝脏与脑抗氧化防御系统指标的影响.结果显示,褐菖鮋脾脏的谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)、丙二醛(MDA)等相关指标都出现了相应的变化,且这些变化与药物呈剂量-效应关系.表明:褐鲳鮋在联苯菊酯暴露下机体抗氧化防御系统的功能造成了损伤.实验的结果说明,联苯菊酯的长期使用对鱼类等水生生物和水体环境的影响不容忽视,需引起足够的重视.Bifenthrin is one of the pyrethriods pesticides, and is frequently-used in agriculture, but few studies for the toxicity of BF on fishes are available. This study was designed to detect antioxidant system influence of BF on the environment-related concentration to Sebastiscus nuwmoratus, which were exposed through water column to environmental concentration of BF (1,10,1 00ng/L). The experimental results showed that the glutathione(GSH),glutathione-S-transferases(GST), and malondialdehyde(MDA) of liver and brain related index were presented with a concentration dependence downtrend to BF after 48d, which indicates that the exposure of BF has an impact on the antioxidant system of Sebastiscus nmrnwratus. The result of the experiment also showed that the long term usage of BF may cause the ecological pressure on the aquatic organisms such as the fishes and aquatic environment, etc. In view of the fact that the long-term use of pesticides may lead to the environmental problems, it is necessary to pay attention to and carry out the relevant research on the pesticides toxicities to fish and Marine biological toxicology.
