摘 要:传统的学生评教,评价结果单一只能用于判定教师效能,无法充分发挥评教的作用.文章提出的偏差评教模型计算出不同指标群下评价值与评价均值的偏差,并利用一向量从班级内、课程内、课程间三个不同角度给出评教结果.该模型用于实例分析能为学校课程安排、学生选课提供参考信息,具有一定的现实意义.The traditional evaluation of teaching can only be used to determine the effectiveness of the educators. However, the result hasn't been fully utilized. As pointed out by this paper, the deviation evaluation model calculates the different values and the differences among these values from different sets of indicators. Furthermore, it creates a three-dimensional vector (in-class, in-course and inter- course) to produce the accurate assessments. Example-analysis of this mode is used to provide effective references for the school curriculum arrangement and for the students" selection of courses, thus benefits both the school and students.
