烟酸占替诺治疗急性脑梗塞36例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察烟酸占替诺治疗急性脑梗塞的效果。方法 :6 8例急性脑梗塞患者随机分成治疗组 36例和对照组 32例。对照组采用复方丹参、胞二磷胆碱加入低分子右旋糖酐静脉滴注 ,治疗组在此基础上加用烟酸占替诺加入葡萄糖溶液或生理盐水静脉滴注。结果 :治疗组基本痊愈 9例 ,显著进步 2 2例 ,除部分患者一过性面红、口干外 ,未发现其他不良反应 ;对照组基本痊愈 4例 ,显著进步 13例 ;两组疗效比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论Purpose:To observe the curative effect of Xanthinol Nieotinate for Acute cerebral Embolism. Methods:68 cases were divided in to 36 cases treatment group and 32 cases control group. Control group was used by routine treatment with compound Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Cytidine Diphosphate add in low molecular dextran, treatment group was used by routine treatment and Xanthinol Nieotinate add in Glucose or normal saline solution. Results:It was showed that functional recovery 9 cases, significance advance 22 cases in treatment group, adverse reaction was not found, except some cases with transient flush and xerostomia; functional recovery 4 cases, significance advance 13 cases in control group;the result was significant difference ( P <0.01). Conclusion:Xanthinol Nieotinate is a safe and effective drug for treatment of acute cerebral embolism.
