摘  要:目的 探讨次声作用于大鼠后 ,大脑皮层神经元型一氧化氮合酶 (n NOS)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (i NOS)表达的变化 .方法 雄性 SD大鼠放入次声舱 ,经 8Hz,12 0 d B作用2 h,每日 1次 ,分别于 1,7和 14d处死动物 ,取大脑皮层提取总 RNA进行 RT- PCR,以未经次声作用的作为对照 ,检测n NOS和 i NOS m RNA表达的变化 .结果 次声连续作用 7,14d后 ,n NOS m RNA表达明显降低 ,次声作用 1d后 ,i N-OS开始表达 ,7d后仍有表达 .14d后未见表达 .结论 次声作用于大脑皮层后 n NOS m RNA表达降低 ,次声可诱导 i-NOS m RNA的表达 .AIM To observe the effect of infrasound on the expression of neuron NOS(nNOS) and inducible NOS(iNOS) in hippocampus. METHOD Male Sprague Dawley rats were exposed to infrasound of 8 Hz^120 dB for 2 hours everyday. The rats were killed after exposure of 1 day, 7 days, 14 days respectively and the total RNA of hippocampus was isolated. RT PCR was used to study the expression of nNOS andiNOS. RESULTS the expression of nNOS of hippocampus decreased dominantly after exposure of 7 days and 14 days. But the expression of iNOS was induced after exposure of 1 days, and was still expressed after 7 days, but not expressed after 14 days. CONCLUSION The expression of nNOS of hippocampus was down regulated after exposure to infrasourd. But iNOS mRNA of hippocampus is induced by infrasound.
