摘 要:探讨高碘仔鼠脑组织中NO含量的变化以及牛磺酸和DHA、EPA对此的影响。将小鼠随机分为适碘组、高碘组、牛磺酸组和DHA、EPA组,测定各组30日龄仔鼠脑组织中NO的含量。结果显示高碘组30日龄仔鼠脑组织中NO含量下降,明显低于适碘组、牛磷酸组和DHA、FPA组(P<0.01),牛磺酸组、DHA、EPA组与适碘组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。实验结果提示高碘仔鼠脑组织中NO含量的下降可能是导致高碘引发脑功能障碍的原因之一,牛磺酸和DHA、EPA能通过提高脑组织中NO的含量来拮抗高碘所致的脑损伤。To study the change of nitric (NO) of filial mice brain in high iodine group and the influence of taurine, DHA ac EPA on NO. The mice were divided into four groups, the middle iodine group, the high iodine group, the high iodine added taurine group, the high iodine added DHA+ EPA group. The NO contents of filial mice brain at 30 days were mensurated. The results showed that the NO content in hith iodine group was lower than that in other grroups(P < 0.01). But the NO contents in high iodine added taurine grooup and DHA+ EPA group had no statistic difference with the middle iodine group (P >0.05) It suggested that the dectease of NO content in high iodine group may have retarded the development of filial mice brain. Taurine and DHA EPA had antagonism to high iodine by increasing the NO content of brain.
