摘　　要：《军人营养素供给量》是对总后勤部 1989年批准颁布实施的《中国人民解放军军人日膳食营养素供给量》(GJB 82 3- 89)进行修订和补充后形成的。修订后的标准 ,将全军人员的作业类别划分为陆、海、空勤。提高了陆勤作业人员蛋白质的供给量 ;在海勤人员中增设了核潜艇人员的能量和营养素供给量 ;在陆、海、空勤中均增设了锌、硒、碘和维生素D、E的供给量 ;同时也增加了在特殊环境条件下和特殊军事作业的部队营养素的供给量。该标准对保障全体官兵有良好的身体素质、适应高技术战争的需要具有重要意义。The new standard is a revision of “Daily dietary allowances for PLA man”(GJB 823-89),in which the military work of whole army men is classified into army, navy and air duty. Protein allowance in army duty men is increased; allowances of energy and nutrients in nuclear-powered submarine men and allowances of zinc, selenium,iodine and vitamin D, E in all army, navy and air duty men are supplemented. Moreover, the allowances of nutrients for soldiers in special environments and special military work are also supplemented. The new standard is of great significance in ensuring good physical quality of soldiers and meeting the needs of high technological war.
