整体护理论文的计量分析及其启示

摘　　要：利用《中国生物医学文献光盘数据库》CBMDisc 1994～ 2 0 0 0 .4检索“整体护理”论文 1118篇 ,从论文年代、地区、期刊分布、作者发文、机构发文等方面进行统计和分析 ,考察国内整体护理的现状和成绩。结果表明 ,整体护理已成为我国护理研究与实践的一大热点。它的实施 ,提高了护理质量和病人的满意度 ,促进了我国护理事业的发展。但它的研究队伍远未形成 ,高产论文作者很少 ;地域分布广泛 ,但在经济发展程度不同的地区被普及和重视的程度存在着较大的差距 ;有必要对其进行深化、完善、充实和提高。In order to find out the status and achievements of HNC in our country,the distribution in years,regions and periodicals as well as authors' paper numbers and paper numbers from institutions had been investigated by analysing 1118 papers about HNC retrieved from Chinese Biomedical Disc (CBMDisc) 1994～2000.4.The results showed that HNC had become a hot point in research and practice of nursing.Its practice had improved the quality of nursing and the patients' satisfaction,and promoted the development of the cause of nursing.However,its researching team had not been formed compeletely,and the authors with many papers are few.We also find that the distribution in regions is wide,but the degree in which people popularize and pay attention to HNC is much different between developed regions and developing ones.It was necessary to research extensively,perfect,substantiate and improve HNC.
