腰腿痛评价量表的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的　编制一种可对腰腿痛患者的症状、体征和功能状态进行评估的腰腿痛评价表并探讨了其可行性。方法　对 80例患者应用本量表和Fairbank腰痛评分表评估的结果作相关分析 ,以评价标准效度 ;并对本量表作了重测信度检验 ;还将患者分为椎管外性 (30例 )和椎管内性 (5 0例 )两组 ,比较两组在本量表的评价结果。结果　 80例患者的本量表的总积分与Fairbank表的积分的相关分析显示为正相关 ,其相关系数为 0 .73,并且有显著的统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。两位医生评估的量表总积分的相关系数为 0 .98(P <0 .0 1) ,均显示了较高的正相关性 ,并有显著的统计学意义 ;两组患者在评价表的总积分差异无显著性 (t=1.47,P <0 .0 5 ) ,但在椎管内体征积分的差异有非常显著性(t=7.84,P <0 .0 1)。结论　本评价表具有较好的重测信度和标准效度 ,并能反映两类腰腿痛患者的病情和功能情况 ,为腰腿痛患者的临床评估提供一种综合的和可行的方法。Objective To establish an evaluation scale for low back pain(ESLBP) and explore its feasibility.Methods 80 patients with low back pain were divided into intraspinal disease group(30 cases)and extraspinal disease group(50 cases),they were measured by ESLBP and Fairbank's lumbago scoring(FLS) method.The interrelationship between the ESLBP and FLS was studied to evaluate the standard validity.While the reliability examination was evaluated by two physicians respectively,based on the ESLBP.The evaluated outcomes in two groups were compared.Results Correlation analysis on the scores of ESLBP and FLS presented positive relationship,the relative coefficient was 0.73(P<0.01).The relative coefficient of reliability evaluated by two physicians was 0.98(P<0.01).The total scores of ESLBP between the two groups has no obvious difference.But the intraspinal sign of low back pain had great difference in the total scores in two groups(t=7.84,P<0.01).Conclusion It is suggested that the ESLBP method has a good validity and reliability for evaluation of low back pain.
