摘  要:对SiC颗粒表面进行不同方式的处理后,采用复合铸造法制备SiCp/6066Al复合材料,并利用扫描电镜、金相显微镜、X-射线衍射仪等分析了SiC颗粒的表面形貌和复合材料的显微组织、相结构及硬度。结果表明,经过酸洗+高温氧化处理的SiC颗粒表面生成非晶态的SiO2膜,棱角明显钝化;经过碱洗+氟酸盐处理的SiC颗粒表面得到粗化,并有少量K2ZrF6盐析出;经过碱洗+酸洗处理的SiC颗粒表面洁净,棱角稍有钝化。经碱洗+氟酸盐处理的SiC的分散性最好,复合材料的硬度最大。Processing the surface of SiC particles using different ways, the SiCp/6066A1 composites were prepared by compound casting. The surface morphology of SiC particles, the microstructures, phase structure and hardness of the composites were analyzed by OM, SEM, XRD and Brinell hardness tester. The results show that, after pickling and high temperature oxidation treatment, the surface of SiC particles has amorphous SiO2 film, the edges and comers are passive; after alkaline cleaning and fluoride salts treatment, the surface of SiC particles becomes rough, and some K_~ZrF~ salt precipitates; after alkaline cleaning and pickling treatment, the surface of SiC particles becomes clean, the edges are passive a little. SiC particles treated by alkaline cleaning and fluoride salts have the best distribution. The composites fabricated by SiC particles treated by alkaline cleaning and fluoride salts have the maximum hardness.
