摘 要:通过对大型壳体类铝合金铸件的铸造模具设计及铸造过程研究,提出了根据铸件的结构、壁厚、工艺方法在铸件的不同方向选择不同的铸造收缩率,以及正确预判在铸造和热处理过程中变形的工艺措施。结果表明,采用蛇形直浇道和使用高压头充型浇口杯,可以实现大型壳体类铸件的快速平稳充型。Based on the casting process design and process research of the large housing casting of aluminum alloy, the casting process measurements were put forward, such as in the design of casting process, to choose different shrinkage rates in different direction of the casting according to the casting structure and thickness; to correctly judge the distortion of large housing castings caused by casting or heat treatment process. The results show that adopting serpentine sprue and high pressure head gates can fulfill fast and smooth filling of the large housing casting.
