摘 要:针对离心铸造机工作原理,提出了一种交直流混合驱动的磁悬浮式微运动新方法,设计了一种新型的磁悬浮式微动工作台,可实现大范围6自由度微运动和恒高度微运动。根据绕组电流和气隙及驱动力关系方程,绘制了绕组电流与气隙和驱动力力关系曲线,最后在开环状态下进行了该磁悬浮式微动工作台的稳定性试验和一维微运动试验。实验结果初步验证了本文设计的磁悬浮式离心铸造机微动工作台的可行性。Aimed at the working principle of centrifuge casting machine, a new method of magnetic suspension micromotion with AC/DC hybrid driving was presented, and a new-type magnetic suspension micromotion workbench was designed, which can realize the wide-range micro-motion of casting machine with six degrees of freedom as well as the micro movement at the constant height. And the relationships curve between the winding current, the air gap and the driving force in the micromotion stage were drawn according to the equation of the winding current, the air gap and the driving force. Finally, the stability of the magnetic suspension micromotion workbench in the open-loop state and one-dimensional micro-movement was tested. The feasibility of the magnetic suspension micromotion workbench designed in this paper can be validated by the results of the stability and one-dimensional micro-movement.
