摘　　要：【目的】评价房水引流管植入术治疗继发性青光眼的疗效 ,探讨其并发症及预防措施。【方法】对 40例继发性青光眼施行房水引流管植入术 ,术后随访 3～ 36月。【结果】眼压由术前 3 6～ 8 3kPa(5 9± 1 3)kPa下降至 0 4～ 3 7kPa(2 6± 1 0 )kPa ,手术成功率为 85 % (34/ 40 ) ,术后视力提高或保持不变者有 87 5 % (35 / 40 )。并发症包括前房出血、浅前房、脉络膜脱离、引流管内口堵塞、引流管外露。【结论】尽管房水引流管植入术存在一些不容忽视的并发症 。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the aqueous humor drainage device implantation for secondary glaucoma and to discuss its postoperative complications and preventive management. Methods 40 cases of secondary glaucoma underwent aqueous humor drainage device implantation, and followed up for 3 to 6 months. Results The intraocular pressure (IOP) of the cases decreased from 3 6～8 3 kPa (5 9±1 3) kPa pre-operatively to 0 4～3 7 kPa (2 6±1 0) kPa post-operatively. The success rate was 85% (34/40). The complications included hyphema, shallow anterior chamber, choroidal detachment, obstruction of tube tip and tube exposure. Conclusion Aqueous humor drainage device implantation is an effective method in treating secondary glaucoma in spite of its unnegligible complications.
