摘　　要：【目的】探讨染色体异常与习惯性流产的关系。【方法】检测 47对习惯性流产夫妇的外周血淋巴细胞染色体核型。【结果】 47对习惯性流产夫妇中 ,发现 9例染色体异常 ,其中男性占 5例 ,女性 4例 ,包括有染色体异常 (平衡易位 1例 )和染色体变异 (9号染色体臂间倒位 4例 ,大Y1例 ,大Y合并 1qh + 1例 ,Yp + 2例 )。【结论】习惯性流产除了与染色体异常有关外 ,与染色体异态性也有关联 ,而与流产夫妇的性别无关。Objective To detect the relation of chromosome and habitual abortion. Method The chromosome of circular lymphocytes in 47 couples with habitual abortion was detected. Result Abnormal chromosome was found in 9 cases,5 males and 4 females. The chromosomal aberration [i.e. t(7,15)] and polymorphism(including inv(9), Yp+, Yq+ and 1qh+). Conclusion The habitual abortion is associated with chromosomal aberration and polymorphism, but has no association with the sex of the couples with habitnal abortion.
