摘　　要：目的探讨糖皮质激素对中重度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。方法对我院住院的30例中重度UC患者的临床表现、结肠镜及病理学进行综合分析,并进行治疗后3～12个月随访。结果糖皮质激素对中重度UC患者的总有效率为18/30(60.0%),其疗效与疾病的严重程度、病变范围、疾病分型无相关性(P>0.05)。结论糖皮质激素对中重度UC患者有一定疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of glucocorticosteroid on patients with moderate and severe ulcerative colitis （UC）. Methods 30 patients with UC in our hospital were enrolled, clinical symptom, colonic endoscopy fun ding and pathology result were analyzed and followed-up 3 - 12 months. Results The effective rate of glucocorticosteroid on the patients was 60.0% （18/30）. The effect was related to degree, extent and type of UC （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Glueocorticosteroid has a moderate effect on patients with moderate and severe UC.
