OMOM胶囊内镜在老年人胃和小肠检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨OMOM胶囊内镜在老年人胃和小肠检查中的应用。方法对2008年7月-2012年6月在我院门诊和住院行OMOM胶囊内镜检查符合条件的87例患者进行分组研究,老年组38例,非老年组49例。结果 (1)老年组发现的胃病变中萎缩性胃炎发病率(65.79%)明显高于非老年组(42.86%),二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.14,P=0.04);(2)老年组发现的小肠病变中血管病变发病率(42.11%)明显高于非老年组(22.45%),二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.86,P=0.05);(3)两组患者胶囊内镜工作的总时间比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.15,P=0.26);(4)老年组胶囊内镜胃转运时间(gastric transit time,GTT)(139.47±75.75)min明显较非老年组(70.92±69.50)min延长,二者比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.39,P=0.00)。(5)老年组胶囊内镜小肠转运时间(small-bowel transit time,SBTT)(261.58±33.59)min明显较非老年组(200.24±70.27)min延长,二者比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.37,P=0.00)。结论老年检查者胃和小肠病变中以萎缩性胃炎和小肠血管病变较多见,老年人胃及小肠的运动能力存在不同程度的减退。Objective To investigate the application of OMOM capsule endoscopy in the inspection of stomach and small intestine in the elderly. Methods 87 patients from inpatient and outpatient were divided into the aged group （38 cases） and non-aged group （49 cases） from Jul. 2008 to Jun. 2012. Results （1） The incidence of atrophic gastritis in the aged group （65.79%） was significant higher than that in the non-aged group （42.86%） （X^2 = 4. 14, P = 0.04）. （2） There was statistical significance in the incidence of vasculopathy of small intestine between the aged group （42.11%） and the non-aged group （22.45%） （X^2 =3. 86, P =0.05）. （3） There were no difference in the total working time of OMOM capsule endoscopy between two groups （t = 1. 15, P = 0.26）. （4） The gastric transit time of OMOM capsule endoscopy in the aged group （139.47 ± 75.75） min was longer than that in the non-aged group （70.92 ± 69.50） min （ t = 4.39, P = 0.00）. （5） The small-bowel transit time of OMOM capsule endoscopy in the aged group （261.58 ＋ 33.59） min was significantly prolonged than that in the non-aged group （200.24 ± 70.27） rain （t = 5.37, P = 0.00）. Conclusion Atrophic gastritis and vasculopathy of small intestine in the elderly are significantly common, and there is a different extent falling-off in motor ability of stomach and small intestine.
