摘　　要：小儿胃肠衰竭是多器官功能障碍综合征的一种,是极其危险的危重疾病的综合征之一,最常出现的症状为呕吐、腹痛、腹胀、腹泻以及便秘等,情况危急者还会出现吐血、中毒性肠麻痹和便血。本文旨在系统性地探讨和研究小儿胃肠衰竭的诊断和治疗方法,为疾病的诊治提供参考。Children gastrointestinal failure is one kind of multiple organ dysfunction syndromes, it is extremely dan gerous critical illness serious syndrome, one of the most commonly occurs in the symptoms for vomiting, abdominal pain, abdominal distention, diarrhea and constipation, and so on. In critical condition, it also can appear vomiting blood, tox ic intestinal paralysis and hematochezia. This paper aims to systematically discuss and study pediatric gastrointestinal failure diagnosis and treatment methods for pediatric gastrointestinal failure diagnosis and treatment to provide reference.
