摘  要:为了研究腺毛分泌物的主要成分在烤烟成熟过程中的变化,利用GC/MS,对K326和云87的中部烟叶鲜叶和烤后的烟叶进行分析。结果表明:2个品种的西柏三烯一醇、西柏三烯二醇和蔗糖酯的变化趋势大致为先下降后上升再下降;整个成熟过程中,西柏三烯一醇含量小于同一品种同时期西柏三烯二醇的含量,也小于同一品种同一时期蔗糖酯的含量;α-西柏三烯二醇的含量是同一品种同时期β-西柏三烯二醇含量的2倍以上;2个品种西柏烷类的含量与各自烤后烟叶中茄酮含量并不呈正比关系。In order to study the changes in the main components of tentacle secretions in the maturation process of K326 and Yun 87 in Yunnan, GC/MS was used to analyze their middle fresh leaves and baked leaves. The results showed that the contents of cembratriene - ol, cembratriene - diol and sucrose ester in these two varieties were generally first decreased, and then increased, finally decreased again. The content of cembratriene - ol throughout the maturation process was lower than that of cembratriene - diol and sucrose ester in the same tobacco variety and in the same growth period. The content of - cembratriene - diol was over 100% higher than that of - cembratriene - diol. The cembratriendiol content in fresh leaves of two varieties was not positively correlated with the solanone content in baked leaves of the corresponding variety.
