摘 要:2003年山美水库被列为泉州的重要饮用水源地,为控制水体富营养化,提高供水质量,库区内网箱养鱼全部清除;改革过去以三层刺网为主的捕捞作业方式;根据山美水库的地形地貌、历年的渔获量和饵料生物情况,在库区布设30个定置张网捕捞作业单位,采用单箱或2~3个网箱反向交错串联布设,常年捕捞。2011年库区渔获产量529.5 t,单箱年平均产量17.65 t,最高达51.3 t。2011年定置张网捕捞以5—7月为生产旺季,渔获产量376.4 t,占全年总产量的71.08%,从而建立适合山美库区特点的捕捞方式。Since Shanmei Reservoir was ratified as an important source of drinking water in Quanzhou City, the fish cage culture industry were completely cleared up, and the traditional fishing method with three layers fishing net was reformed. In this paper, 30 setting- nets were flexible installed.with a single or 2 - 3 cages inverted staggered series by the topography, fish catch and food organism in Shanmei Reservoir. There were 529.5 tons of fish catch harvested in 2011, and the average annual output was 17.65 tons per case, the maximun was 51.3 tons per case. 376.4 tons of the fish production was caught in the production season which was from May to July, and accounting for annual fish production 71.08%. The new fishing method for reservoir characteristics was established in Shanmei Reservoir.
