摘  要:目的 :研究一氧化氮合酶抑制剂 (L- NAME)对深低温停循环 (DHCA)后脑再灌注损伤的保护作用。  方法 :8只幼猪随机分为实验组 (n=4)和对照组 (n=4) ,建立体外循环 (CPB) ,行 DHCA90分后恢复灌流 12 0分 ,实验组动物静脉注射 L- NAME1.5 mg/ kg,随后在 6 0分内再给予相同的剂量。  结果 :实验组 Na+ - K+ 三磷酸腺苷酶、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力明显高于对照组 ,丙二醛含量低于对照组。病理检查及电子显微镜超微结构显示实验组与对照组细胞损伤存在显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。  结论 :L- NAME对 DHCA后脑再灌注损伤有保护作用。Objective:To investigate the protective effects of nitric oxide synthase inhibitor (N G nitro L arginine methyl ester hydrochloride L NAME) on reperfusion injury of the brain under deep hypothermic circulatory arrest(DHCA). Methods:After cardiopulmonary bypass was established in 8 piglets,circulatory arrest was performed for 90 minutes followed by reperfusion 120 minutes.In the treatment group,L NAME was administered with an intravenous injection of 1 5 mg/kg at the onset of the reperfusion followed by a 60 minute continuous venous infusion of 1 5 mg/kg. Results:A significant difference was observed between the groups regarding the concentrations of ATPase,superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH PX),malondialdehyde (MDA).The morphological change and ultrastructure of neuron all showed milder injury in treatment group than that in control group. Conclusion:The results suggest that L NAME protects the brain against reperfusion injury under deep hypothermic circulatory arrest.
