MOS-SS睡眠量表用于癌痛患者信度和效度的研究

摘　　要：目的:评价中文版MOS-SS睡眠量表(medical outcomes study sleep scale,MOS-SS)在癌痛患者中的信度和效度。方法:60例癌痛患者接受了MOS-SS睡眠量表中文版的测试,其中男性22例,女性38例;患者年龄35～70岁。再选择42例患者1周后进行第2次测试以评估该量表的重测信度。用计算量表的Cronbach’sα系数,各维度测量与重测的相关系数,对其内部一致性信度和重测信度进行分析,然后用因子分析方法评价量表的结构效度。结果:量表中睡眠干扰、睡眠充足度和日间精神状态等维度的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.84、0.88和0.72;各维度的测量与重测相关系数在0.64～0.91之间;因子分析所产生的4个公共因子累计贡献率达81.3%,大多数条目负荷均大于0.6。结论:中文版MOS-SS睡眠量表具有较好的信度和效度,可作为癌痛患者睡眠质量的评估工具。Objective：To evaluate the reliability and validity of the medical outcomes study sleep scale（MOSSS,Chinese version） in patients with cancer pain.Methods： A total of 60 patients（22 males and 38 females,aged 35 to 70 years） with cancer pain completed the questionnaire of the MOS-SS.Among them,42 patients were selected to do the questionnaire again one week later to assess the retest reliability.The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of the scale,the correlation coefficient of dimension measurements and retest were used to analyze its internal consistency reliability and retest reliability,then the construct validity was evaluated by factor analyses.Results：The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficients of the three dimensions（sleep disturbance,sleep adequacy and daytime somnolence） were 0.84,0.88,and 0.72,respectively.The correlation coefficient of each dimension measurement and the retest ranged from 0.64 to 0.91.The accumulative contribution rate of 4 common factors produced by the factor analysis reached 81.3%.The factor loadings in most items were greater than 0.6.Conclusion：The MOS-SS（Chinese version） has a good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate the sleep quality of patients with cancer pain.
