摘　　要：对我国学术学位研究生创新能力不强的原因做了初步分析,基于协同学和协同管理的理论与方法,对学术学位研究生创新能力的培养进行了研究,建立了协同创新背景下的学术学位研究生协同创新能力培养理论模型,并对新形势下学术学位研究生创新能力的提升给出了建议。Based on synergetics and collaborative management theory and method, the paper analyzes the innovation ability of academic degree graduate student, and establishes a theory model of collaborative innovation ability training about academic degree graduate under the background of collaborative innovation, so as to give reference and guidance of promoting academic degree graduate student innovation ability under the new situation.
