摘 要:基于单片机控制技术,设计出一种可调直流斩波稳压电源。它的主电路由三相桥式不可控整流电路、采用IGBT作为开关功率管的降压斩波电路和电容滤波电路组成。它的控制电路以AT89s52单片机为控制核心,通过反馈电压与基准电压比较来调制PWM波,PWM波作为EXB841的输入信号,实现对IGBT器件的导通关断控制,从而实现可调直流稳压。系统软件采用混合语言编程,对系统实时性要求较高的部分采用汇编语言编程,以提高运行速度,其他部分,采用C语言编程。实验证明,该稳压电源,性能稳定,抗干扰能力强,简单易于操作。A power adjustable DC chopper regulator based on MCU control technology were developed.The main circuit includes a three-phase bridge rectifier circuit,a buck chopper using IGBT as a switching power and a capacitor filter circuit. AT89S52 is adopted as the control core. The PWM wave is modulated by the feedback voltage and the reference voltage and used as control signal for EXB841.Then EXB841 control the the turn-off of the IGBT device in order to achieve the adjustable DC power.The system adopts a mixed-language programming, assembly language progrmming for the real-time parts in order to improve the speed and C programming language for the other parts. The experiments show that the regulated power supply have a stable performance,strong anti-interference ability and easy operation.
