摘 要:目的通过检测血清CRP、Hcy的水平,探讨CRP、Hcy的变化与早期大肠癌的关系。方法检测97例大肠癌患者及93例健康体检者的血清CRP、Hcy,分析CRP、Hcy的变化与大肠癌的关系。结果大肠癌患者的血清CRP、Hcy较健康对照组均升高,有统计学差异(p<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期与Ⅳ期大肠癌患者的血清Hcy有统计学差异(p<0.05)。不同分期的大肠癌患者的血清CRP水平无差异(p>0.05)。结论血清CRP、Hcy的水平早期大肠癌密切相关,Hcy水平能预示大肠癌的进展。Objective to invetigate the value of conbined detection for serum CRP,Hcy in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods The levels of CRP and Hcy were measured in 97 patients with colorectal cancer and 93 healthy,to find the relationship between CRP,Hcy and colorectal cancer. Results Positive rate and intensity of CRP and Hcy in colorectal cancer were higher than healthy,with statistical significance (p0.05),statistical significance were observed between the Hcy in stageⅠ,stageⅡ,stage Ⅲ of the colorectal cancer and stage of the colorectal cancer (p0.05). No statistical significance were observed in diffrent stage of colorectal cancer (p0.05). Conclusion the value of conbined detection for serum CRP,Hcy in patients with colorectal cancer. Hcy expression may be regarded as a biomark to predict colorectal cancer.
