摘  要:[目的 ]研究小脑延髓池与头面部测量项目的相关关系及临床应用 .[方法 ]应用CT测量 30例头颅小脑延髓池深度和头最大长、眉间点 枕外隆凸点长 ,并作了相关和回归分析 ,推导出由头面部测量项目推算小脑延髓池深度的回归方程 .[结果 ]小脑延髓池深度为 (38.3± 3 .6 )mm ,由头最大长和眉间点 枕外隆凸点长推算小脑延髓池深度的回归方程分别为Y =0 .6 7X- 87.42 ,Y =0 .6 9X- 88.94.[结论 ]临床上可用头最大长和眉间点OBJECTIVE To study correlation and clinical application of cerebellomedullary cistern and heads measurement items. METHODS Using computed tomography, the distance of cerebellomedullary cistern, maximum heads length and glabella inion line were measured in 30 cases of adults. The correlation and regression analysis was performed and two regression equations were calculated. RESULTS The depth in the cerebellomedullary cistern was (38.3±3.6)mm, maximum heads length and glabella inion line were calculated with two regression equation. It is Y =0.67 X -87.42, Y =0.69 X -88.94. CONCLUSION The depth of cerebellomedullary cistern could be calculated with the maximum heads length and glabella inion line in clinical application.
