肾上腺肿瘤37例诊治体会

摘　　要：[背景 ]肾上腺肿瘤治疗中常遇到血压波动和术后肾上腺功能低下问题 .[病例报告 ]1984年 1月～ 1999年 3月共收治各种肾上腺肿瘤 37例 ,年龄 14～ 6 7岁 ,全部经手术治疗 ,术中控制血压 ,术后预防肾上腺功能低下 ,良性肿瘤 31例中 2 7例治愈 ,3例原发型醛固酮增多症好转 ,1例血管瘤未切除 .恶性肿瘤 6例中皮质腺癌 2例和 1例转移癌经手术加化学疗法和放射疗法治疗 ,分别存活 8年、33个月和 2 7个月 .[讨论BACKGROUND Fluctuaton of blood pressure often happens in the operation of adrenal tumor. CASE REPORT From Jan.1984 to Mar.1999,37 cases of adrenal tumor were treated.All of the cases were treated by operation.There were 31 cases with innocent tumor(of which 27 cases were cured,3 cases were improved,1 case with angioma could not be removed),and 6 cases with malignant tumor(2 with adrenocortical adenocarcinoma and 1 case with metastatic papillary adenocarcinoma were treated by operation,chemical therapy and radiotherapy.Among them,one has survived more than 8 years,one more than 33 months and one more than 27 months.One with neuroblastoma died 7 days later after departing from hospital. DISCUSSION Combined treatment could improve the survival rate and the cure rate of adrenal malignant tumor.
