摘 要:采用控制体积方法,依据齿轮啮合原理将退出齿轮泵控制区域的容积分为两部分,一部分为齿轮渐开线所对应的容积,另一部分是由齿轮副啮合点沿啮合线运动所形成的容积,推导出外啮合齿轮泵的瞬时流量公式。并通过实例计算证明了卸荷槽对减少齿轮泵流量脉动的必要作用。最后讨论了齿轮模数、齿数、压力角及齿顶高系数等设计参数对齿轮泵的流量特性的影响。The exiting vohime of the pump is divided into two parts based on the principle of gear meshing and the control volume method, one part is formed by the involute curve, the other part is composed by the contact line formed by the movement of gear pairs. Instantaneous flow formula for the external gear pump is derived from the above analysis. And the necessary role of relief grooves is proven in reducing flow pulsation of the pump. Finally the impact of different design parameters including gear modulus, tooth number, pressure angle and addendum coefficient on flow characteristic of gear pump are discussed.
