摘  要:目的:建立利用分析仪器确证盐酸度洛西汀化学结构的方法。方法:通过元素分析仪分析盐酸度洛西汀的元素组成,运用旋光仪测定其旋光性,并利用核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)、红外光谱(IR)、差热(DSC)、X-射线粉末衍射对盐酸度洛西汀进行结构分析。结果:通过实验证实盐酸度洛西汀的结构为(+)-(S)-N-甲基-γ-(1-萘氧基)-2-噻吩丙胺盐酸盐。结论:该方法准确可行,可为盐酸度洛西汀的结构鉴定提供依据。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the chemical structure of duloxetine hydro-chloride by analytical instruments. Methods:The elemental analyzer was adopted to analyze the elemental composi-tion of dnloxetine hydrochloride and the polarimeter for determining its optical rotation. Nuclear magnetic resonance ( NMR), mass spectrometry ( MS ), infrared spectrometry ( IR), differential scanning calorimeter ( DSC ) and X - ray powder diffraction were adopted to analyze the chemical structure of duloxetine hydrochloride. Results: The chemical structure of duloxetine hydrochloride was ( + ) - (S) - N - methyl - 3 - ( 1 - naphthyloxy) - 3 - ( 2 - thienyl ) pro-pylamine hydrochloride. Conclusion:The method is accurate, practical and can provide a comprehensive reference for structural identification of duloxetine hydrochloride.
