论民族舞蹈技术技巧训练课程在教学与创作中的价值

摘　　要：民族舞蹈技术技巧训练课程为中国民族民间舞的教学与创作打下了坚实的基础。民族舞蹈技术技巧训练是在基本功训练体系和各少数民族舞蹈风格基础上的一种提升,它既离不开基本功训练体系中对身体稳定性、爆发性、肌肉能力、控制能力、技术技巧、身体协调性配合的训练,更加离不开民族民间舞课堂中对不同民族风格、韵律、动律的训练。技术技巧作为一种独特语言表达形式,不仅能传情达意,表达编导及舞者的思想情感,更是民族舞蹈风格体现和感染观众情感的关键所在。民族舞蹈技术技巧训练可以丰富少数民族舞蹈剧目及提升舞蹈演员表现力。Technical skills training courses laid a solid foundation for the teaching and the creation of the Chinese Folk Dance. Folk dance technical skills training is an advance from basic skills training system and minority dancing styles, it is inseparable not only from body stability, the explosive, muscle capacity, control capability, technical skills, and body coordination in basic training system, but also from different ethnic styles, rhythm, and movements in the folk dance education. As a unique form of expression, technical skills express thoughts and feelings of the choreographers and dancers, more importantly, it is the key to reflect folk dance style and influence audience emotions. Through technical skills training of folk dance, minority dance programs and dancer＇s expressiveness can be enriched.
