摘　　要：目的　探讨原发于淋巴结外NHL的治疗方法。方法　原发于咽淋巴环 2 4例NHL ,其中放疗辅加化疗 18例 ,单纯放疗 6例。原发于胃肠道及其他淋巴结外的NHL共 2 9例 ,其中手术辅加化疗及放疗 12例 ,手术辅加化疗 4例 ,放疗辅加化疗 8例。单纯放疗 2例 ,单纯化疗 3例。放疗剂量 :40～ 5 5Gy/4.5～ 6周。化疗方案为COPP、CHOP等。 结果　 5 3例治疗后 3、5、10年生存率分别为 81.1% (43/5 3) ,71.7% (38/5 3) ,37.7% (2 0 /5 3)。结论　不同原发部位淋巴结外NHL的治疗方法不同 ,合理的综合治疗能提高淋巴结外NHL的疗效。Objective To explore the optimal treatment for non-hodgkin lymphoma brought from extralymphatic primary site.Methods Out of 24 cases of NHL from waldeyer′s ring 18 cases were treated with radiotherapy plus chemotherapy,6 cases were treated only with radiotherapy.Out of 29 cases of NHL from gastro-intestinal and other site,12 cases were treated with operation plus chemotherapy and radiotherapy,4 cases with operation plus chemotherapy,8 cases with radiotherapy plus chemotherapy,2 cases only with radiotherapy,3 cases only with chemotherapy.The total radiation dosage was 40 to 55 Gy/4.5 to 6 W.The chemotherapy regimen was COPP and CHOP,ect.Results The 3-,5-,10 year survival rate was 81.1%,71.7%,37.7% respectively.Conclusion The NHL with different extralymphatic primary sites should be treated by various approaches.The reasonable combination therapy can improve the curative effects for NHL with extralymphatic primary site.
