摘　　要：目的:观察评估玻璃体后脱离的分期在儿童玻璃体视网膜手术中的应用及效果。方法:应用玻璃体后脱离的分期,施行玻璃体切除联合眼内异物取出、外伤性白内障切除、松解视网膜、玻璃体腔注药、激光光凝及眼内填充惰性气体或硅油等治疗儿童穿孔性眼外伤等218例(218只眼)。结果:A期痊愈43眼(76.79%),B期67眼(87.01%),C期83眼(97.65%),3期共痊愈193眼(88.53%),视力≤0.02者28眼(12.84%),视力>0.02者112眼(51.38%),视力≥0.1者78眼(35.78%),炎症控制率100%。结论:合理运用玻璃体后脱离的分期,针对分期对不同的患儿进行适宜的手术,提高手术成功率。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of posterior vitreous detachment staging in vitreoretinal surgery for juveniles. Methods： Based on the staging of posterior vitreous detachment, 218 children with penetrat-ing ocular trauma （218 eyes） were treated by vitrectomy combined with intraocular foreign body removal, traumatic cataract removal, loosing retina, vitreous cavity injection, laser photocoagulation and eye - filling with an insert gas or silicone oil. Results： Forty-three cases were cured in stage A （ 76.79% ）, 67 cases were in stage B （ 87.01% ） ,83 cases were in stage C（ 97.65% ）. A total of 193 eyes were cured in three stages（ 88.53% ）. The visual acuities were ≤0.02 in 28 cases（12.84%）, 〉0.02 in 112 cases （ 51.38 %） , 30. 1 in 78 cases （35.78%）. The rate of endophthalmitis controlling was 100%. Conclusion： Rational use of the staging of posteri-or vitreous detachment improves the success rate of the operation.
