摘  要:目的研究LASIK术后残留角膜基质床厚度对角膜后表面高度和球差的影响。方法回顾性研究2011年6月至2011年12月行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术近视矫正患者129例252只眼的资料,根据术后残留角膜基质床的厚度将资料分为2组,A组为角膜基质床的厚度>350μm组和B组为角膜基质床的厚度300~350μm。采用Petencam三维眼前节分析仪对两组手术前后角膜后表面高度和球差进行检查并行统计学分析。结果 129例252只眼行准分子激光近视矫正手术患者,手术顺利,两组术前角膜后表面高度和球差差异没有显著意义(P>0.05);两组术后角膜后表面高度值比较差异没有显著意义(P>0.05);两组手术后角膜后表面球差差异没有显著意义(P>0.05)。结论如LASIK术中保留角膜厚度>300μm,则残留基质床厚度对角膜后表面形态无影响,可以有效减少术后角膜扩张的发生。Objective To investigate how the thickness of the residual corneal stromal resulted from laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) affects the height and spherical aberration of posterior corneal surface. Methods All LASIK cases from June to December of 2011 were divided into two groups by corneal stromal thickness: the 〉 350 μm group and 300 ~ 350 μm group. The heights and spherical aberrations of the posterior corneal surfaces of all these cases were measured with Pentacam and analyzed statistically before and after the operation respectively. Results Altogether 129 patients (252 eyes) were given the surgery. The differences between the two groups in preoperative corneal surface height and spherical aberration were not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). No significant difference in postoperative posterior corneal surface height value (P 〉 0. 05) and posterior corneal surface spherical aberration (P 〉 0.05) between them were observed. Conclusions When stromal thickness is maintained over 300 μm, corneal posterior surface morphology will not be affected by thick- ness of residual stromal bed, which means corneal ectasia can be avoided effectively despite of the thickness of residual stromal bed.
