氨磺必利与阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者血脂、血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨非典型抗精神病药氨磺必利与阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者血糖、血清C-肽水平及血脂的影响。方法将80例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别给予氨磺必利与阿立哌唑治疗,于入组时及治疗4周末、8周末分别检测空腹血糖浓度、血清C-肽水平,胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)水平,并对测定结果进行比较分析。结果两组血糖、血清C-肽、TC、TG在治疗前、治疗4周末及治疗8周末组间比较,均无显著差异(t=0.333～1.877,P>0.05)。两组组内比较血糖、血清C-肽与TC、TG在治疗前后变化无显著差异(t=0.104～1.428,P>0.05)。结论氨磺必利、阿立哌唑不升高精神分裂症患者的血糖、血脂。Objective To study the difference in the effect on the blood-glucose,C-peplide,serum lipid levels in schizophrenia treated by Amisulpride or Aripiprazole.Methods A total of 60 schizophrenic inpatients were divided into Amisulpride group and Aripiprazole group randomly and were treated.Then to test the blood-glucose,C-peplid,TC,TG before hospitalization,after 4 weeks and after 8 weeks.Results The blood-glucose,C-peplide,serum lipid levels were no significant change after using Amisulpride or Aripiprazole 4 weeks and after 8 weeks（t=0.333~1.877,P0.05）.The blood-glucose,C-peplide,serum lipid levels were no significant change before and after using Amisulpride or Aripiprazole（t=0.104~1.428,P0.05）.Conclusion Amisulpride or Aripiprazole can＇t effect on glucose and serum lipid levels in schizophrenics.
