摘　　要：微型企业作为从中小企业中分化出来的一种独立企业类型,在消除贫困、解决就业、复苏重庆地区经济等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文运用SWOT分析,归纳了重庆市发展微型企业的优势与劣势,机会和威胁,为重庆市微型企业发展作出战略选择,同时从政府、企业、中介机构等方面提出了保障措施。Micro-enterprise is a separate type of enterprise frorn small and middle, which plays a more and more important role in eliminating poverty, solving the employment, and recovering the area economy of chongqing. Based on SWOT analysis, the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the micro-enterprises of Chongqing are summarized, giving a strategic choice for them, and putting forward the guarantee measures from the perspective of government, enterprises, intermediary institutions, etc.
