摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌术中植入缓释氟尿嘧啶的临床疗效。方法分析连平县人民医院收治的60例乳腺癌患者的临床资料，根据治疗方式不同分为观察组30例和对照组30例。结果两组乳腺癌患者红细胞、白细胞、血肌酐、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、恶心呕吐、切口感染、腋窝积液情况比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组局部复发率、远处转移率及生存率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论乳腺癌术中植入缓释氟尿嘧啶临床疗效显著，预后良好，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of intraoperative implant of sus- tained release fluorouracil for breast carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of breast carcinomas were aralyzed, the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to dif- ferent treatment methods. Results The WBC, PLT, Cr, ALT, nausea and vomiting, incision infection and axillary effusion had no difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The local recurrence rate, distant metastasis rate and survival rate in observation group were better than those in control group, the differences were significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The clinical curative effect of intraoperative implant of sustained release fluorouracil for breast carcinoma is good and has good prognosis, which is worthy to be popularized.
