摘  要:目的建立HPLC同时测定新疆药桑枝中绿原酸、芦丁、异槲皮苷、紫云英苷、白藜芦醇和桑色素含量的方法。方法采用PMCpackODS色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以O.2%磷酸水溶液-0.2%磷酸乙腈溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长:360nm,流速:0.6mL·min^-1。结果6种成分在45min内完全分离,6种成分的平均回收率为97.7%~100.7%(RSD≤2.0%。结论本方法操作简单、结果准确,具有较好的重复性和稳定性,为药桑枝的质量控制提供参考。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, rutin, isoquercitrin, astragalin, resveratrol and morin in Ramulus Mori. METHODS The separation was carried out on a PMC-pack ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) column with 0.2% phosphoric acid-0.2% phosphoric acid in acetonitrile as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.6 mL·min^-1. with a gradient program. The detection wavelength was 360 nm. RESULTS Six ingredients were completely separated within 45 min. The average recoveries were between 97.7% and 100.7%(RSD≤2.0%). CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, reproducibility, accurate and reliable which can be used as the reference for the quality control of Ramulus Mori.
