摘　　要：马克思基于生产力—生产关系、生产社会化—产权社会化分析框架研究资本主义生产关系,形成了马克思产权社会化思想。马克思对资本主义生产关系发展的历史进程、未来趋势的研究构成马克思产权社会化思想的纵向建构,社会资本形态、产权形态、企业组织形式是马克思产权社会化思想的横向展开。马克思产权社会化思想对产权理论研究创新以及当前产权制度改革具有重要启示。Based on the analysis framework of the productivity-production relations and the pro- ruction socialization-property rights socialization relation, Marx studied the capitalism production rela-tions and formed Marx＇s property rights socialization thought. Marx＇s study on the historical process and future tendency of the development of capitalist production relations has longitudinally constructed the content of Marx＇s property rights socialization thought. The social capital form, property rights form and business organization form are the transverse demonstration of Marx＇s property fights social-ization thought. Marx＇s property rights socialization thought offers great enlightenment to the innova-tion of the researches on property rights theory and the reform of the property rights system at pre-sent.
