新建本科院校专业教学质量保障体系探析——以浙江树人大学社会工作专业为例

摘　　要：以人才培养模式为视角构建教学质量保障体系具有很强的改革实践意义。文章以浙江树人大学社会工作专业教学质量保障体系的构建实践为例,从培养目标的确定与专业能力标准的构建、课程体系的整合与培养内容的选择、培养方法与评价方式的改革以及培养效果的跟踪与反馈等四个方面,对专业教学质量保障体系的可行性和具体途径进行分析,探讨新建本科院校专业教学质量保障体系调整与完善的策略。Establishing the quality assurance system（QAS） on the perspective of cultivating mode is very instructional to teaching reform. Based on the case study of the major of social work in Zhejiang Shuren University, this paper analyzes the feasibility and meanings of constructing the QAS from the four dimensions of training goal establishment and professional standard construction, curriculum development and training contents selection, reformation of cultivating and evaluation methods, tracking and feedback of training effect. The optimization of the QAS in the New-established Colleges is also discussed.
