摘　　要：从系统论视角关注民办高校科研统计,认为组织机制、队伍素质和实施管理等因素在很大程度上影响了科研统计的质量与水平。通过分析后提出,建立以"信息化与纵横向管理"为导向的科研统计组织体制,构建以"专业性、稳定性"为导向的科研统计队伍,创建以"开发利用"为导向的科研统计数据管理方式,是提升民办高校科研统计质量的路径选择。This paper studies the scientific research statistics of non-governmental institutions of higher learning from the perspective of system theory. Organization mechanism, researcher team quality and management skills have significant impacts on scientific research statistics. Based on the analysis, it proposes to establish information management oriented organization mechanism, build professional, and stability oriented research teams, and create development and utilization oriented data management schemes in order to improve scientific research statistics in non-governmental institutions of higher learning.
