摘 要:采用拉伸试验、扫描电镜、电子背散射衍射、透射电镜、X射线衍射等手段,研究了冷轧中锰钢(0.2C-5Mn)退火后不同冷却方式下的微观组织特点和拉伸性能.实验钢冷轧退火后为铁素体加逆转变奥氏体的双相组织.退火后空冷可以获得稳定性较高的逆转变奥氏体,且其体积分数也明显高于退火后炉冷.退火后空冷实验钢中的逆转变奥氏体在变形过程中产生持续的TRIP效应,提高强度的同时获得了较高的塑性,强塑积可达到26.5 GPa·%。Cold-rolled low-carbon medium-manganese steel (0.2C-5Mn) was cooled by different methods after annealing. Its microstructure and tensile properties were investigated by means of tensile testing, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electron back scattered diffraction (EBSD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and X-ray diffraction. Intercritical annealing after cold rolling results in a duplex structure of ultrafine ferrite and reverted austenite. Reverted austenite in the steel experienced annealing and air cooling is more stable and its volume fraction is significantly higher than that in the steel treated by annealing and furnace cooling. In addition, reverted austenite in the steel experienced annealing and air cooling can produce sustained TRIP effect during deformation, leading to improvements in strength and plasticity. The product of tensile strength and total elongation exceeds 26.5 GPa.%.
