摘 要:目的研究不同浓度Na2SiO3溶液的液相沉积处理对钛瓷结合强度的影响。方法将40个纯钛试件平均分为4组,喷砂后分别用3种浓度的Na2SiO3溶液对实验组试件进行液相沉积处理,对照组不进行处理。检测各组试件粗糙度,并用扫描电子显微镜观测表面形貌;在试件中份烧结瓷粉后,测各组试件钛瓷间的三点弯曲结合强度,并对钛瓷结合界面进行扫描电子显微镜观察。结果各组试件钛瓷结合界面均未见明显氧化层;各实验组钛瓷结合强度均高于对照组;0.3 mol·L-1组钛瓷结合强度最高。结论通过液相沉积法在纯钛表面制备钛瓷界面中间层可提高钛瓷结合强度。Objective To study the effect of silicate solution in different concentrations on bonding strength of titanium and porcelain by liquid-phase deposition (LPD) technology. Methods Forty pure titanium specimens were randomly divided into four groups according to different surface treatments after sandblasting, and measured the roughness of each group. After the middle area of the samples was veneered with porcelain, a three-point-flexure-test was used to evaluate the bonding strength of titanium to porcelain. The interface of titanium and porcelain was investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results No definite oxide layer was observed at the interfaces in four groups. The bonding strength of groups of liquid-phase deposition were significantly higher than control group. The mean bonding strength of 0.3 mol·L-l silicate solution group was the highest. Conclusion Middle layer prepared by LPD technology is significant in improving bonding strength of porcelain and pure titanium.
