新建地方本科院校应用型人才培养方案存在的问题及对策分析

摘　　要：新建地方本科院校应用型人才方案普遍存在着如下几个问题问题:培养目标定位不清晰、课程体系设计不合理、实践教学体系不科学、素质拓展体系不健全、合作教育体现不充分。针对这些问题,我们可以从明确培养目标定位、整合优化课程体系、强化实践教学体系、健全素质拓展体系和深化合作教育内涵等五个方面进行解决。This paper analyzes five problems such as the vague position of the training purpose, the irrationality of the designs of curriculum system, the unscientific practical teaching systems, the imperfect quality development system and the insufficiencies in the training program of new local undergraduate universities; puts forward five countermeasures such as defining the position of training purpose, integrating and optimizing the curriculum system, enforcing the practical teaching system, perfecting the quality development system and deepening the cooperative education connotations.
