辅导员专业化视角下的高校就业指导工作研究

摘　　要：随着高校就业形势日益严峻,就业指导工作越来越重要。辅导员开展就业工作优势与不足并存。就业指导工作的专业化是辅导员专业化的一个重要方面,专业化的辅导员从事就业指导工作有多种有效途径,可以丰富就业指导的内容。辅导员专业化有利于促进就业指导工作,对促进就业指导全程化、实现就业指导精细化、满足个性化需求具有十分重要的意义。就业指导顶层设计需与辅导员专业化发展相契合,要建设专业化的就业指导队伍,为促进毕业生高质量就业而努力。With the increasingly serious university employment situation, career guidance becomes more and more important. Counselor＇s employment guidance work is facing both challenges and opportunities. Professional counselors＇ employment guidance can be carried out from many aspects. The professionalization of counselors can benefic career guidance work on the aspects of whole-coursing, elaboration, and personalization. Top-level design of career guidance should cater the the needs of counselor＇s professional development. A professional team must be built in order to promote high-quality graduates employment.
