复合式小梁切除联合前房注气术对青光眼术后前房形成的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨复合式小梁切除联合前房注气术预防青光眼术后浅前房的疗效。方法收集需行滤过性手术的青光眼患者87例(102眼),按随机排列表随机分为两组,观察组44例(52眼)在行复合式小梁切除术毕前房注气恢复前房,对照组43例(50眼)在行复合式小梁切除术毕前房注水恢复前房。观察并比较两组患者术后早期浅前房发生率、随访末期眼压及滤过泡形态。结果两组治疗后随访末期眼压及滤过泡形态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);浅前房发生率比较,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合式小梁切除联合前房注气术可有效预防青光眼术后浅前房,降低浅前房的发生率。Objective To discuss the role of compound trabeculectomy combined with air injection to anterior chamber formation after glaucoma operation.Methods The clinical data of 102 eyes of 87 patients with glaucoma who need trabeculectomy were analyzed.All patients were divided into two groups randomly(experiment group and control group).The patients in experiment group were performed with compound trabeculectomy combined with air injection.The patients in control group were performed with compound trabeculectomy with saline.The rate of shallow anterior chamber and effective filtration bleb,intra ocular pressure were contrasted in these two groups.Results There was a significant difference of the rate of shallow anterior chamber between these two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound trabeculectomy combined with air injection can prevent shallow anterior chamber effectively.
