摘  要:利用Williamson反应,以含磺酸根的卤代烃、玉米淀粉为原料,在碱性条件下,合成了一种新型高温缓凝剂(SHS)。采用IR表征了SHS的结构,研究了SHS的高温缓凝性能、温度敏感性和加量敏感性,以及对水泥浆流变性、游离液和水泥石强度的影响。实验结果表明,SHS有良好的高温缓凝性能,150℃稠化时间可达343min,温度敏感性和加量敏感性在行业标准规定的范围内,对水泥浆的流变性、游离液、水泥石强度影响较小。A new type of high temperature retarder (SHS) was synthesized with halogenated hydrocar- bons containing sulfonic acid groups and corn starch as raw materials under alkaline conditions, ac- cording to Williamson reaction. IR spectral analysis was used to confirm the structure of the resulting product. The high temperature retarding performance, temperature sensitivity, dosage sensitivity co- efficient, and effects on theological properties, free fluid as well as compressive strength have been studied. Experimental results show that SHS has good high temperature retarding performance. Thickening time can achieve 343 rain at 150 ℃. The temperature sensitivity and dosage sensitivity co efficient are in the required range of the industry standard. It has little adverse effects on rheological properties, free fluid and compressive strength.
