摘  要:以某厂新建的轧后超快冷设备为研究对象,针对常规PID控制水压时存在开水调整时间长、头尾遮蔽时水压偏差大及关水水压过高的问题,建立了多补偿复合型水压控制策略,并应用于轧后超快冷生产。实践表明,该控制策略不仅解决了上述问题,而且提高了冷却规程的实现精度、缩短了开水提前时间,间接减少了冷却水消耗量和供水泵用电量,降低了生产成本。Base on a new ultra fast cooling equipment in one steel plant, the water pressure regulating strategy with compensation and multiplexed control was put forward for some problems of conventional PID water pres sure control, such as long adjustment time of opening water , big water press difference of hiding the head and tail of plate, high pressure of closing water. The practical production showed that these problems were re solved by this new strategy , and the precision cooling control was realized. Meanwhile, the water and electric consumptions were decreased, and production cost was reduced too.
