摘  要:目的:优化玄麦甘桔方提取液喷雾干燥工艺参数。方法:采用星点设计-效应面法以进风温度、进液速度、雾化压力为自变量,喷雾干燥粉末得率为因变量进行回归模型拟合,建立工艺参数预测模型,并对最优工艺进行验证。结果:建立了玄麦甘桔方喷雾干燥工艺二次多项式数学预测模型,拟合相关系数r=0.979 4;在最优工艺参数下喷雾干燥粉末得率与预测值的偏差小于3%。结论:利用星点设计-效应面优化法建立的玄麦甘桔方提取液喷雾干燥工艺优化模型具有良好的预测能力,喷雾干燥的工艺参数与干燥产品收率之间为非线性相关。Objective: To optimize Xuanmaiganjufang spray drying parameters. Methods: Independent variables were inlet temperature, pump speed and spray pressure, and dependent variable was the powder yield. Linear or no-linear mathematic models were used to estimate the relationship between independent and dependent variables based on central composite rotatable design and response surface methodology. Prediction was carried out under the optimized parameters. Results: Regression coefficients of binomial fitting complex model was as high as 0. 979 4. Bias between observed and predicted values in the prediction was less than 3%. Conclusion: Central composite rotatable design/response surface methodology is highly predictive for optimizing the spray drying process of the extract of Xuanmaiganjufang. It is non-linear regression between spray drying parameters and powder yield.
