摘  要:目的:研究探讨CXCR4受体在Tca8113细胞的表达及CXCL12/CXCR4生物学轴对Tca8113细胞增殖行为的影响及AMD3100对其的干预。方法:免疫细胞化学检测Tca8113细胞CXCR4受体的表达;CCK-8法检测CXCL12/CXCR4生物学轴对Tca8113细胞增殖的影响及AMD3100对其增殖行为的干预。结果:CXCR4受体在Tca8113细胞阳性表达;CXCL12能够有效的促进Tca8113细胞的体外增殖,而AMD3100可有效的抑制其增殖。结论:CXCL12/CXCR4生物学轴在Tca8113细胞的增殖方面发挥着重要作用。Objective: To study the influence of CXCL12/ CXCR4 biological axis to the proliferation behavior of squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue. Methods: We used the method of SP cell immunohistochemical to detect the expression of CXCR4 receptors in Tca8113 cell. We used the method of CCK--8 to detect the proliferation of CX- CL12/ CXCR4 biological axis on Tca8113 cell and to study the effect of AMD3100, which was the inhibitor of CRCR4 receptor. Results: The receptor of CXCR4 was expressed positively on Tca8113 cell. The CXCL12 factor promoted the effect of proliferation of Tca8113 cell in vitro. AMD3100, as the inhibitor of CXCR4 receptor reduced the promotion of proliferation of Tca8113 cell in vitro. Conclusion: CXCL12/ CXCR4 biological axis played an im- portant role in proliferation of Tea8113 cell.
