摘 要:目的:比较动脉粥样硬化斑块及龈下菌斑中检测到的牙周致病菌牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingi-valis,Pg)和伴放线放线杆菌(Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans,Aa)是否具有同源性。方法:收集需要行动脉重建外科手术并伴有慢性牙周炎的病例21例。收集术中分离的动脉粥样硬化斑块标本和术前的龈下菌斑,以PCR法检测动脉粥样硬化斑块和龈下菌斑中Pg和Aa,并对其扩增产物进行测序和比对。结果:在21例病例中,Pg和Aa在动脉粥样硬化斑块中的检出率为24%和10%,在同一患者龈下菌斑及动脉粥样硬化斑块中检出率为19%和5%。将两个部位检测到得PCR产物测序结果通过blast比对发现其核苷酸相似度达到显著联配,且符合Genbank中的标准序列。结论:Pg和Aa可能在动脉粥样硬化斑块的发生、发展中起一定作用。Objective: To compare whether periodontal pathogens Porphyromonas gingivalis and Actinobaeillus ac- tinomycetemcomitans detected in the atheromatous plaques and subgingival plaques have the same homology. Meth- ods: 21 patients scheduled for arterial reconstruction surgery and also with chronic periodontitis were enrolled in this study. The atheromatous plaques were collected during the surgery and subgingival plaques were collected before the operation, and those collected plaques were examined using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique to detect Pg and Aa, then PCR products were sequenced and compared. Results: In 21 cases, the detection rate of Pg and Aa in the atherosclerotic plaques were 24% and 10%, and the detection rate of Pg and Aa both in the atheroselerotic plaques and subgingival plaques in the same patient were 19% and 5%. While using blast contrast to compare the PCR products examined in the two places, we found significantly correlation in nucleotide similarity, and those nu cleotide sequence also in accordance with the standard sequence in the Genbank. Conclusion: Pg and Aa- may play roles in the occurrence and development of atheromatous plaques.
