氨基葡萄糖联合透明质酸钠治疗颞下颌关节骨关节病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨氨基葡萄糖联合透明质酸钠治疗颞下颌关节骨关节病的临床效果。方法:54例颞下颌关节骨关节病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各27例,治疗组采用关节上腔注射透明质酸钠,并同时开始口服氨基葡萄糖,对照组则仅行关节上腔注射透明质酸钠。所有患者治疗前及3个月后进行Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数和疼痛指数评分,评价患者颞下颌关节功能的变化。结果:经治疗后54名患者的颞下颌关节紊乱指数和疼痛指数明显改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:口服氨基葡萄糖联合关节上腔注射透明质酸钠治疗颞下颌关节骨关节病有协同作用,临床效果显著。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of oral glucosamine combined with sodium hyaluronate injec- tion into superior space for osteoarthrosis of temporomandibular joint. Methods： 54 cases diagnosed as Osteoarthro sis of temporomandibular joint were collected and divided into two equal groups of 27 randomly. Treatment group receiw.~d oral glucosamine and injection into superior space of temporomandibular joint with sodium hyaluronate, but control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection only. Before and after treatment, Fricton＇s Index （DI） and Pain Index （VAS） were analysed and used to access the clinical results. Results： The clinical effects of all cases were very good in follow-- up of 3 months, the temporornandibular joint function was improved obviously after treatment, the clinical effects of treatment group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion： Oral glu- cosamine combined with sodium hyaluronate injection is more effective for the treatment of osteoarthrosis of tem- poromandibular joint.
